Tally Zingher

Tally Zingher is the founding partner of Blue Laurel Advisors and CEO and co-founder of Dawsat, an Israeli-Palestinian Arabic-language platform for health and wellness in the Middle East. Zingher previously practiced corporate law in Tel Aviv and in New York with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and with Dubai World in the UAE. Before joining Cleary, Zingher was a law clerk to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Hague, the Netherlands. Zingher started her career as a technology mergers & acquisitions (M&A) investment banker at Broadview (Jefferies) in New York. Zingher has been a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, fellow at the Dubai Initiative of the Belfer Center for Science & International Affairs at Harvard University (collaboration with the Dubai School of Government), and a Fulbright economics. Zingher lectures on subjects related to economic development, emerging markets, and innovation for development at conferences in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East and has taught at Harvard University and Tel Aviv University. Zingher holds a BA in economics and Middle Eastern studies from Harvard College, magna cum laude, an MPA in international development economics from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
