The N7 Initiative is a partnership between the Atlantic Council and the Jeffrey M. Talpins Foundation dedicated to strengthening cooperation between the United States, Israel, and Arab and Muslim countries. Our efforts are guided by our belief that meaningful cooperation will​ build a broader Middle East grounded in shared prosperity and tolerance that advances US economic and security interests. We work to strengthen ties among US allies, while also continuously engaging with and adding new countries and partners to our N7 network. We convene senior officials, policy makers and private sector leaders to develop policies that demonstrate the value of regional integration by delivering tangible benefits to N7 countries and beyond. Our N7 Research Institute develops cutting-edge scholarship that identifies solutions to shared challenges and emerging opportunities for collaboration across the N7 network. 

The N7 Initiative’s 2021 conference in Abu Dhabi was the first-ever multilateral summit convening senior officials from Israel and the six Arab nations that normalized relations with Israel. This conference helped build the foundation for stronger economic and cultural collaboration, including the Negev Forum that followed soon after. Since our first conference, N7 has convened multiple public and private conferences and dialogues among governments, policy makers, and private sector leaders who seek to work together towards a shared vision of integration and prosperity.
